This property was a rental upgrade and the previous kitchen photos were taken before the tenants moved out and renovations began.

The work done on this 3 bedroom property included: 

  • Some redecoration throughout the house
  • New vinyl flooring supplied and fitted in the en-suite, the family bathroom and kitchen
  • Upgrades to the central heating system including some new radiators and all new thermostatic valves
  • En-suite shower repaneled, new pivot screen fitted and thermostatic shower

As you can see in the photographs clients previous kitchen was tired. The wall units were small so the addition of our 90cm tall wall units will give the new tenants much more storage space.

The landlady chose a neutral white matt plain slab door for easy maintenance with a Light Marble laminate worktop. 

We upgraded the extractor fan to an integrated Montpellier model and reused the existing cooker, hob, sink and tap as they were in good working order.
